    Drink. Heavily. :drinker:

Joking...! (sorta) I usually "unwind" by playing outside with my dog! She's happy to see me & even at 11pm (which is about when I get home from work) she's bouncing around & ready to go sniff out the yard & see what's she's missed! We play for a bit & she makes me laugh, then I'm ready to come in & settle in, do what needs to be done...

Sometimes you just have to ignore the dishes, the laundry, and even a trip to the gym and just watch some Jersey Shore. Cabs here!! ;)

Fresh air - walks, hikes or runs outside. Harder to do as winter is coming for those of us in the North, but even then, bundle up and get outside.

I try not to bring any of it home with me (if its work related). I actually talk to myself on the way to the car, saying.....you are off work now, this is YOUR time, not theirs.

I suggest doing things that you really enjoy. I tend to be a loner, and so I may venture out on a little shopping trip, head out to a park for some peace and quiet. I like to take drives for some windshield time with me, myself, and I. Just do something for you.
