Menu generator! Inquiring minds wanted to know!

So I blithely posted about my "menu generator" yesterday, and everyone wanted to know all about it. So, instead of answering everyone personally, I thought I would post about it here.

I use a website called soscuisine.com, a website providing free and paid menu plans. I am currently paying for a menu generator that supplies me with a 1400 calorie day plan, but previously have used the many free options, including "Budget," "No fish or seafood," and "Dairy free."

I find it helpful, and takes the guesswork out of meal planning.
