Poached Microwave Fish

I was looking for additional ways to cook fish healthy and tried poaching fish in the microwave.
I used two fillets of tilapia, Ms Dash (Lime Flavor) and a vinaigrette dressing (kraft sun dried tomato).
I placed all ingredients in a dish and nuked it on high for a five minute interval and then nuked it again
for another 6 minutes. Of course I added a little low sodium salt afterwards, but other than that it turned
out fairly well. Do you have any healthy recipe ideas for poaching fish or techniques such as smoking
with tea leaves (haven't tried) that you can share ?
