Business trip SV and NSV!

I just returned from an extended business trip that I was on for 10 days. I knew I was going to have to be eating catered business lunches, so I went into the trip trying not to gain more than a pound or two. My strategy was to buy most of my food from the local grocery store to keep my fruit and veggie intake high and just eat small portions of the lunch food provided; I knew my calorie intake was going to probably be pretty close to maintenance level, especially because much of the lunch food was very high calorie and only very rarely had a healthy option. Every other day, I did calisthenics in my hotel room (pushups, jumping jacks, crunches, etc), or sometimes went to the fitness center and jumped on the elliptical for an hour at maximum resistance.

Well, I just got home and faced the moment of truth this morning.

Weight:
10/20/11: 122.4 lbs
10/30/11: 122.4 lbs

I didn't gain a fraction of a pound during the whole trip!

I took my measurements before I left too:

Hips:
10/20/11: 36.5 inches
10/30/11: 36.25 inches

Thighs:
10/20/11: 20.87 inches
10/30/11: 20.5 inches

Waist:
10/20/11: 26.5 inches
10/30/11: 26.5 inches

I *KNEW* my pants were starting to feel looser!
