you've made your food diary public. I love getting ideas for meals-- and giving ideas, which is why I keep my food diary public. :]

To say a little about myself: I'm a second year medical student who gained weight during the first yr of med school. Now trying to get back in shape, the healthy way. I currently weigh 150 lbs, and my goal weight (for now) is 135. Trying to lose between 1-2 lbs per week!
In my spare time, I love cooking, kickboxing, reading (esp. sci-fi/fantasy... I devoured GRRM's A Song of Ice and Fire series in 3 weeks over the summer), and writing.
Edit: Ugh, part of my topic title got deleted when I pressed "post," but it originally read: "Let's be friends, especially if..."

Sounds like you are very motivated and you have come to the right place. Medical school and healthy -- that is hard to think about in the same sentence but you can do it. I'm only taking one class at a time for my family nurse practitioner degree and working full time. Good luck!:flowerforyou:0
