    Is it true that if a woman achieves this kind of physique, she sacrifices her ability to have children?

    With a low enough body fat % then yes, lowers the chance of that happening if you are eating enough calories tho :]

    And you aren't going to have much of a physique if you are eating so little calories it would actually affect your chances to get pregnant.
