Gluten, Dairy and Shell Fish Allergys!

Does anyone have any or all of these allergies? I am allregic to all of these plus some veggies. Any new ideas for foods to try?

  • I'm allergic to dairy so I cut off completely from anything related to dairy, and I have felt soooooo much better and lost weight! My best tip would be to replace your regular milk and cream (yes in your coffee) with Almond milk! It tastes even better than soy milk, has fewer calories than most milk substitutes, and it doesn't have lactose! It's a lifesaver of a product!
