spaghetti!

so tonight by hubby is out with friends so i could make whatever i wanted for dinner without having to please him. i decided to make spaghetti with veggies. i made 1 serving of heartland whole grain spaghetti (190 cal) and added sauteed (with a very small amount of olive oil) zucchini and mushrooms. i also added 1/4 cup tomato sauce, a clove of garlic, italian seasoning, pepper, red pepper flakes and dash of lea and perrins worcestershire sauce. it was very yummy and filling! it ended up being about 260 calories!
who doesn't love pasta??

    Love spaghetti!! I've been eating the Barilla Plus pasta (more fiber, whole grain) and the angel hair is yummy! I made a big batch of homemade sauce this weekend so we've been eating a lot of leftovers! :bigsmile:
