I attempted to start my weight loss /slash/ fitness journey over a year ago. Each and every week, I kept putting it off.
I am done with that. But I still need MASSIVE amounts of motivation. I'm talking.. people who kick me in the butt to keep this going. That is one thing that I have never really had. I am going to start the C25K on Monday. I'm going to start making healthier choices at my own pace, since trying to do too much at once has always thrown me off.
So, if anyone would like to help me out.. I could definitely use it. I am 20 years old, 6'3" and I weigh around 225 at the moment. I would like to get that down to 175 by my 21st birthday in June.

Feel free to friend me. But warning you....I'm a Mom and tend to be a nag. Plus I'm a 40 veteran at this. This time I'm in it for good. Too old to go through this crap again. I have lot's of advice I'll be happy to share. Definitely do this at your own pace. You'll be more committed to the changes if you give them time to become a habit. Pick one or two things you want to change a week and do it. Don't worry about all the other stuff you want to change until the time is right. Perhaps make a list of everything you think you need to do and refer to it on a regular basis. I'm having a time integrating exercise in. I try to do one more session every week and it's slowly getting worked in. Good luck!0

You can do it! If you stop again you'll look back at this moment and feel disappointed. Stop that feeling before it even starts. Make seeing this through your only option. You know accomplishing this goal would make you feel amazing; so do it!! Do it for yourself. For a healthier more fulfilling life. Even when you feel like giving up just remind yourself that you can't. That you are capable. Just prove yourself wrong.0
