is there a feature that tells you what predicted date you will hit your target weight? It would be interesting to see.

I have an iphone app called Target Weight. It is great. It gives you stats over a fortnightly, monthly or 3 monthly basis and figures out when you would reach your target based on those rates of weight loss. Also shows your BMI on a graph.0

Thanks, I might check it out.0

The easiest "prediction" which doesn't take into account off weeks etc is take your goal weight and your chosen rate of loss.... 100 lbs at 2 lbs per week is going to take me 50 weeks or 2 weeks less than a year. If I want it at 1lb a week then it's 100 weeks or 4 weeks less than 2 years.
This doesn't take into account weeks with no loss OR weeks with more than 2 lbs lost but since it's just a prediction... no problem.0
