Playing at the park

I don't have a heart rate monitor, so I was wondering what I would list playing at the park as?! If I can't find an answer, I'll probably just not log the exercise. It's kind a bummer though, because I was climbing towers, running around playing tag, and really working up a sweat, not to mention having a blast with the kids!

You could log it as walking at a slow pace since all of your time you weren't at an elevated heart rate. Most likely it would be a little under, but at least you would have an amount and no you're not exaggerating.

However, you could just mark it down as a good NSV and even better memory with your kids.

I went to a park with my boyfriend to climb the stuff and I just logged at as walking at a normal pace for half the time. Then you still log something, but you aren't giving yourself more exercise then you actually did.

Whenever I do something that isn't listed in the database, I just try to enter multiple similar exercises that seem to be a reasonable comparison (jogging, walking, etc).
