logging... so important

so last night and this morning I ate pretty bad. Yesterday I missed the gym (so I am only logging 5 days this week). I didn't want to log my calories for yesterday or today, but realized.... I HAVE TO. Yes, its scary... but that is what keeps me motivated.
Yes, one 'binge meal' is fine, but not letting that turn into a binge day or days is key and logging really keeps me accountable.
I also just wanted to say that I really appreciate reading topics on these boards. It is nice to be educated about your own body to an extent and seeing questions similar to your own on here that help you gain even more insight... of course taking everything with a grain of salt!
now off to the gym....
