Just want to clarify the answers to some frequently-asked questions on MFP...
1. Should I eat my exercise calories?
- People who do not often come to a plateau after an extended period of time, due to the fact they are subsisting on such a low amount of calories. Eating 200 calories a day without exercise is similar to eating 1200 and burning of 1000 through exercise. (Though obviously the person eating 1200 gets more nutritional benefits)
2. I cannot reach my goal of 1200. What should I do?
- You may be underestimating your caloric intake, and/or overestimating your exercise. If you are really eating less than your goal, and not underestimating, do not fear weight gain if you increase your intake. You will only gain if you eat above your TDEE. Nut butters, olive oil, and avocados are healthy, high-calorie foods.
3. I have come to a plateau and I cannot break it. What should I do?
- You may not be losing weight, but you may be losing inches. Muscle is more dense than fat.

I wouldn't state that these are the answers to these questions. There are too many different variables to be considered. Whilst you may mean well, this thread is likely to be ignored or start a heated debate.0

I agree with you...no worries..AND your still my friend!! There will be people that disagree..but really, who doesn't..if we all agreed we wouldn't be in this crazy mess right? Lol..anyhow..people just have to find their actual balance..its a training...that's what life is all about...life lessons...
If people agree they agree..if they don't, then they don't...you can't shove it down their throats for no amount of reasoning..totally, like giving a child medicine, its not always going to happen.. And then you get those that do follow..and voila...its magic..
So for those that actually like your post..great..and those that don't...well... :ohwell:
Great post btw!0
