I got invited to a home party where they do fat wraps...supposed to lose a couple inches. But in my experience, if I lose inches that fast, I'm sure to put them right back on. Has anyone used them or know anything about them?

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
Stick to a healthy diet and regular exercise. You WILL see results!

all they do is move water around. after a few hours the water settles back in.

I'm thinking all those things do is squish it in or displace it or something. They can't really make you 'lose fat'. Might somehow make you look a bit smaller for a short time. But whatever you displace or squish is going to want to pop back into place. LOL

Thanks, I am and it is working! =) I'm just wondering if I should participate or go for the fellowship. Plus I know nothing about it.....

My understanding is that they actually dehydrate you so the loss is water. I have never had one but some people swear by them. If it is free, give it a try. Good Luck

dehydration is not a good way to lose weight. nor is donating blood. :)

My mom actually did one for me one time using a recipe she found online. I did lose inches, but it was definitely a temporary loss. I think the inches came back within a few days.
