need excersize modifications for working out at home!!

Need suggestions for modifications for some excersizes. I'm working out at home with no bench or cables. Specifcally leg extensions, leg presses, seated calf raises, flat bench cable flies, triceps pushdown. Mostly leg stuff. Thanks in advance! Aiming to start jamie eason's livefit trainer next week!

Get yourself some resistance bands - and then google "resistance bands leg exercises"......there are pretty good exercises you can do with these bands at home....
I believe you can pick up some good ones on amazon...... I got mine from Beachbody.....0
