11/14: 147.8 I did the race for the cure yesterday. (5k) Had fun and drank like 2000000oz of water I had a great time except the girls that I went with walk so so sooooo slow. it took us like 2 hours to do it, I kept jogging ahead with kids (even the two boys that are a few months older then my daughter were slow and did not want to run ) my daughter keept going and I had to tell her to wait... it was fun to have them but I think me and my daughter had a better time last year (she ran the whole 3 miles (she was 3) with me) anyways have a great week everyone

Congrats to everyone that has made it this far. We have lost 43 people so far in this challenge. Hopefully the rest of you can hang on and stick it out till the end.
Our biggest loser for this week is Baloney17 with 3.6 pounds gone this week! She has lost 10 pounds so far this month and reached her monthly goal!
LadyOmNom was just behind with 3.5 pounds gone this week! She has lost 8.5 pounds so far this month and has reached her monthly goal!!!
Jah7700 was our third place winner with 3 pounds gone this week. He has lost 5 pounds so far this month. Hopefully the cruise is doing him good this week.

Congrats to everyone's weight loss and the motivation to keep tracking! I know it can be hard during the holidays. Sometimes I do not want to know how many calories are in that dime size piece of candy I just ate but it doesn't help us if we don't stay on track! And thank you to the OP for the spreadsheet!0

Ok, who is this girl? I mean serioously. I really am [proud of myself. Once I got in the mindset that the weight needed to come off, it's been relatively easy for me. Sometimes getting engaged and wanting to start a family is all it takes!

This week I challenge you to enjoy your Holiday (for those currently celebrating Thanksgiving). Remember to enjoy your time with family and friends, but don't over-do it. Everything is ok in moderation. I've been hearing and reading that the average person consumes 4500 on Thanksgiving! That's insane!! Eat slowly, and listen to your body when it starts to feel full. Left overs are a great thing. You can still enjoy the trimmings for days to come. Substitute where you can. I know with my family, instead of green bean casserole we're just having green beans. We'll also be baking pies with Splenda instead of sugar. That alone will be a great saving. Remember that you can always add another 15-30 minute workout over the weekend to make up for any extra calories. You can also get an exercise in tomorrow morning to compensate.
