Hi everyone,
I have just planned ahead my meals for today and for tonight I am planning on having some button sprouts for dinner with my meal.
So, i looked up the nutritional value and it says "per 80g". The sprouts are frozen.
So do the values count for 80g frozen (like they are) or per 80g once I unfreeze them?
Please tell me if you know the answer :ohwell:
Thanks!
