One pound at a time and I try to loose one pound a week. Seems like when I look at longer term goals, I tend to cheat more. Anyone else like that?

I am very much like that! That is why my ticker says I only need to lose 34 lbs. I need to lose way more than I'm willing to admit (even to myself). So I'm approaching this with small goals. Once I reach this goal I'll set another and so on. Best of luck on your journey!

Stay firm, it gets easier when you get more firm with yourself. Pretty soon you will snack healthy. Don't keep the tempting treats around.

I was hoping to lose 50 before I turned 50, but that might not happen! I have lost 18 though. Happy with just losing a little bit at a time though. Good Luck to you also!

Looking to the long-term is often overwhelming! Even in every day life, I break things down into daily to-do lists. Otherwise I get stressed! Definitely a great idea to take it one step at a time. I know you can do it! :D
