HELP!

I only 27 left in sodium and 1200 calories left! I need foods high in calories and loww in sodium please :)

    Almonds, avocado, brown rice, quinoa...
    I would go with massive amounts of almonds :D

    Dried fruit is good... if you don't mind the massive amount of sugar, that is. :-)

    I think most veges and fruits are low in sodium. Steam the veges, and eat the raw fruit.
