How do you know how many calories you are burning doing the 30 day shred work out?

    The only real accurate way is to use a HRM. I log mine as circuit training on here, but I'm at the mercy of what MFP calculates for me since I haven't invested in a HRM myself yet.

    How long have you been doing it? Tomorrow is my first day and not sure what to expect, and now I guess I need to find my HRM it is burried in my room somewhere:-/

    did you ever start doing this video? i started on october 24th and have currently done 18 days of it, 10 of level 1 and 8 of level 2. the group that i joined was supposed to be getting it done in 30 days, but i have taken a few days off here and there to let my body rest. this was the first exercising that i did when starting my weight loss, so it can be done by a beginner. the first 3 days were excruciating but now my body really does feel stronger and i've lost over 15 pounds so far.(also eating correctly) i am worried about what level 3 will bring me, but i know that i will be able to handle it if i do my best!
