New and Ready to lose Pregnancy Weight!

So I am finally ready to lose all my weight from having my two babies. I love them to death, but my 2nd one, who's only 6 months, added more pounds to me than I could ever have had imagined.

I am desperate lol and went onto the Special K Diet. I am losing inches, yet I want to lose it in a healthier way.

It is mainly my stomach that needs a lot of work -- and my love handles. ;) I am currently on workout DVDs. Tae Bo (the basic Foundation and Energy) Core Rhythms, and now Zumba. Of course, getting into a daily routine is hard.

Any tips though that I could do? I want to be toned and smaller, not just the "skinny fat"
