Coming back....

So I'm really disappointed in myself. I have went backwards instead of forward. I don't like what I see in the mirror and I know that i need to come to terms with whats happening inside in order to take charge of the outside. I am an emotional eater....don't want to be. I do really well for a couple of days, then I take that downward spiral. I feel so much better working out, but some days the depression wont allow my body to even move, or my body aches. I was a member o Curves since February. As of last week I received a call two days prior to her closing her doors......contract terminated. Although it is up to me to get moving and working out, it sure helped belonging to something that was right around the corner from me....plus the monthly fees kept me accountable. Plan B I guess....treadmill, brisk walks and of course watching what I eat.
I need accountability! Any one out there do anything special for that? I just feel really discouraged because the holidays are coming and it is a weakness for me. I guess I have to pace myself. What I need is a lot of prayer and encouragement....

ideas for workouts join some of the challenges you see posted on here , also try Jillian Micheal's work out videos a lot of people like the 30 day shred and ripped in 30 days. Another thing that helps me for accountability me and my friend weigh in together every Thursday and motivate and encourage each other0

You can add me if you like! Emotional eater myself but tracking my food is really helping be aware of I can and can't eat to stay within my calorie range. Walking even for 15-20 min a day in your neighborhood will do wonders for your weight and depression. You can do it0

I know what you meant! Our minds are really powerful things. Some people are able to knock you down with a few words, but people here are so nice and encouraging! But in the end, it's still up to ourselves. Feel free to add me if you want, and together we can encourage each other in achieving our goals! Win-win situation!0
