And I am still doing it. Im sore but ok. I have stayed within my calories and today when I got to work I hopped on the scale for the first time in awhile and I am down 2.5lbs woot woot (thats with my scrubs and socks on- I don't think the doctors, nurses, sonographers, or my boss would like me getting down in my birthday suit to weigh in lol) but hey 2.5 is 2.5 I will take it. Now i must get through my day
Drink my water
Stay within my calories
Workout tonight after work.
Even if your not seeing results as fast as you would like keep pushing along. Im sure I will gain these 2.5 back i have to beat this remaining weight off with a damn stick i always lose and gain the same 3-4lbs constantly. Dont get discouraged

wow awesome job! 2.5 pounds is a huge acheivment, i think that is great. I just joined the gym yesterday and know that i have to be going every night. Also being a nurse is very hard not to snack on things, so great job!0
