Soreness on right side

Whenever I exercise (be it walking, running, cycling or cardio dvds) my right leg really, really hurts. It doesn't feel like the muscle but the bone itself. It's usually localised lower but above the ankle. I don't know what to do about it. I always stretch before and after exercise but it always happens.

Suggestions?

FYI: Yes I'm right handed, I could just see that one coming for some reason! :)

  • I'd probably go to the doctor since you say it really hurts. They would be able to pinpoint the area and probable cause and give you suggestions, tips, exercises to prevent such pain in the future.

    Bazinga!

    But seriously, I would.

Well I already have to see my Doc on Tuesday for my 6 week post birth check up/Pap smear/check out a weird mole and my bubs needles so I'll just add this to the list! I feel bad 'cause they schedule the appointments to last 10mins!! haha
  • Don't worry about their time schedule. You're there, you ask the doctor whatever you want. It is YOUR time to see and be seen. You are paying for this service. It's your doctor's job to listen and diagnose.

Ugh, doctors nowadays are cheesing me off with their drive-thru mentalities. If your doctor asks you if you want fries with your diagnosis, I hope you sucker punch him/her.
