hey everyone, ive been gettin way off track recently, needin a good kick up the *kitten* to get myself motivated again. really want to c some results by xmas. i will post weight measurement later when im home.
i would really appreciate any help to keep me on track, im great at givin others advice too....just wish i could do as i say aswell!

I have had two weeks of well and truly fallen, rolling and running away from the wagon. But today I have finally got back on board! I really really REALLY want 14lbs off by xmas and feel really determined (until I get hungry anyway! :-))0

I agree, it is like a pre-holiday slump is going around. Serious lack of motivation all around me. I have 3 friends who haven't logged in for a week. People are gonna start getting phone calls!
I hurt my ankle awhile back and it laid me up for 2 weeks. Really sucked my momentum away. It set me 4 lbs back in my goal and I have been letting it get me down. Girl! I have still lost over 28 lbs! I need to look on the bright side, suck it up, and get moving again!0 -

Why do you want to lose weight by Christmas? What will it be like? Can you picture it? What will it feel like?
Now how much do you want it? Are you sure? You really, really want it?

I am soooo hearing you! I need a big giant boot to kick me up the *kitten* and get moving!!!!!
I was so motivated before i went on holiday in sept (thought of wearing a bikini made me do it!) and now i just can't get back into it
So tomorrow is my fresh start... apparently it takes 30 days to make a habit, tomorrow is the 1st of November (30days in nov too!) so its the month to get back into it in time for xmas!
have done the 30day shred before, and have just got ripped in 30. starting this tomorrow, and will be making a concious effort to work out at least 5 days a week (2 days rest) log EVERYTHING on MFP - no cheating even on weekends!
i'm also contemplating using facebook to log my progress everyday through photos etc0 -
Definately! Not that I don't do the work when I get to the gym but I don't get there as often as I should have these last two weeks. And that tub of ice cream had a few visits last week which caused me to gain almost 2lbs over the last two weeks.

I've eaten pretty bad since Thursday, and this morning I was trying to talk myself out of going to my kickboxing class. I'm going. I have too to burn off some of the gravy I ate last night. But yeah, I've been sliding something terrible and I have to get back on track today. I think a lot of my problem is I'm so close to goal I'm getting lazy.0

waist 73.5 cm
hips 95 cm
thighs 58 cm
chest 82.5 cm
arms 29 cm
calfs 37 cm
would like a noticeable improvement by xmas!!0 -
