My Goal... is it feesible?

Hi everyone!
This is my first week to the site and I am looking for some guidance
. I have been working at losing weight since the beginning of the year and am only down about 2 lbs from my start weight. My goal is to get into the middle of my weight range for my height, which is approx 100-135lbs. I started at 145lbs (at 5'1") and am now at approx. 143. I would like to get down to about 120-125.
Here is my goal:
Total weight loss of ~10 lbs. by Feb. 27
Total weight loss of ~20 lbs. by Mar. 20
Total weight loss of ~25 lbs. by Apr. 4
Is this possible? I would like any help or suggestions you may have!!!

I think they're all possible. You'll probly be farther than 10 by the end of Feb if you push yourself to get out of your comfort zone. That will help get past the others easily.....although you will probably plateau before you get there and have to mix things up a bit.0

Hi Becca and welcome:flowerforyou: . Looking at your goals it seems to me that you are looking to lose about 10lbs a month, seeing as you do not have that much weight to lose 2.5 lbs a week is expecting a bit much.
Have you read the section for newbies :bigsmile: in the community section yet?, they have lots of interesting information take a look ,I have found loads to help with all sorts of questions there

Laughing is good exercise. It's like jogging on the inside :laugh: .
Middle age is when you choose your cereal for the fiber, not the toy :smooched: .0 -
Ya I didn't even look at your weight loss goal....sorry. It will be harder with that little bit to lose. You'll still lose a few at first but it will taper off.0
