Right went back to bed after weight in and just done it again now and lost a lb.
Now do I record this as my reading for today as was 8 when I weight myself. Would this one be more spot on? If so I would of lost 3lb in a week.....??
I hadn't eaten anything either since just now after weight in.
thanks

You dehydrate when you ssleep so take the first one.
Whatever you do when tracking your weight always try and make sure that you weigh yourself at the same time of day, whether that's the first thing in the morning or last thing at night. This will help eradicate discrepancies0 -
Hmmmm I repsonded already but it doesn't appear to have saved. :grumble:
You should always weigh yourself at the same time of day, whether first thing in the morning or last thing at night. That way you will eradicate a lot of the fluctuations you get on a day to day basis.
In this case you may have lost the pound through dehydration overnight.0
