Any good November team challenges?

Every month I strive to have team focused challenges. However, I haven't seen any out this month....has anyone?

i'm striving myself to eat a lot healthier this month though, a lot less processed crap and wanna get into the 70's!

I'll be posting an Iron Man challenge starting tomorrow, 11/1. The goal is to complete the following mileage during the month:
112 biking (stationary bike is fine)
26.2 walking or running
2.4 swimming

Eight friends of mine plus me are doing a challenge for October. We all put in $5 to join, and whoever loses the most weight, wins the pot. We weigh ourselves tomorrow to see who won. I would like to do a challenge for November too, because I do think that this helped me stay focused. Not always, but especially this weekend, when I know the weigh in is coming up.
