    2.7 this morning. definitely felt that hallween candy and the pumpking-chocolate whoopie pie! should get in another mile before lifting this afternoon, but for now, 2.7 miles.
    Sluggish run? That's what happens to me

    No extra mile, hubby was actually on time to meet me and then I did 90 minutes of weights. I don't know when I'm going to get a chance to workout today, 5:15-7:30am trainer shadow this morning, need 2 hours to study, kids....ugh. Kinda overwhelmed.

    shoes were excellent! needed especially as we were doing speed work! need to wear them in a bit more but i do like how they feel.

    got a 1.5mile walk today. have to kill an hour tomorrow for a late after work meeting, so i may take my shoes to work and go for a run instead of sitting around in the office!

    Yay! Getting one more run in tonight than away all weekend deer hunting. Will be putting in lots of miles walking(while carrying a gun, wearing lots of clothes and heavy boots) - just won't know how many.

    I'm not into hunting but I'm into eating and deer is quite delicious! Have fun and stay strong!

    Was going to lift and then get in a mile yesterday but got called to the gym daycare within 5 minutes of starting my warmup to take my 5 year old to the ER, she split her chin open climbing on the play structure. Shadowed boot camp this morning and hair cut followed by date night this evening, so nothing today either. Oh, and my washing machine is broken (flooded laundry room, awesome) and I am on my last clean running gear. Hoping to sneak a couple miles in tomorrow and another long run Sunday. Life gets crazy and the crazy keep running!
