Hello everyone !
I have been useing the myfitnesspal for about a week now and am in love. It really helps being able to see what you have been eating and understanding why your getting the results your getting (whether they are good or bad). I used to consider myself fat even when I was super skinny. Now that I have gained weight I realize how lucky I was! I put on the pounds from eating whatever I wanted like I used to be able to get away with before and not moving my body!! I want to lose 15-20 Ibs before its gets worse. I also really want to focus on being healthier & happier with myself. I hope I can gain some motivation on here to get me through this adventure! I also recently moved from the north to the south where there are so many wonderfull, deepfried foods and its hard to say no lol. GOod luck everyone!!
