This morning while getting ready for work, I discovered 2 non scale victories. The halloween t-shirt I bought in the size i've always bought because of it being "girl cut" is too big, I could have gone at least 1, maybe 2 sizes smaller (I bought a 3xl) and my jeans are so loose, it's definately time to get a size smaller.
