    The best advice is, if they sell it at McD you don't need it. Everyone would be better off steering clear of McD permenantly.

    or any fast food establishment... nothing there even in small sizes is considered reasonable....

    Why would i? I enjoy it, i account for the calories, and it keeps my morale up.

    Why would i be better denying it?
