    Cold, has got to burn more calories. I feel warm till I get home and know I am so cold. I know layer Layer Layer.

    16 miles on Saturday and Sunday.

    It will be hard to bike during week with temps and no daylight mornings or after work.

    50.77 Total Miles this month. Goal of 200.

    Its a life style change not a diet.

    Did 5 miles to check out layers for cold weather. Worked great mountain bike all set up for winter with bike handle bar gloves.
