Hi, I am 38 years old and have been struggling with my weight all my life. It seems, after turning 30 it all went downhill and I found it impossible to lose weight. I had been working out about a year and a half and not losing any weight when a co worker told me about My Fitness Pal. I immediately downloaded the application on my phone and have been losing ever since! You CANNOT workout and not diet people! It just goes together. You HAVE to do both. You can workout for 3 hours a day and if you don't eat right, it means nothing. This has been so fantastic for me. I love the phone app, the scanning of the food. It is almost TOO easy! I never thought losing weight would be so easy...41 POUNDS AND COUNTING!!! :D

  • F'n A cotton! This website has finally made the connection between working out and eating really click for me :) I can get on the treadmill AND eat that donut as long as my calorie deficit stays around -500 a day. One pound a week is a win for me :D

    41lbs is AMAZING! :D Keep it up!!

    Agree!!! I keep telling people, I had no idea losing weight and getting fit was so easy. Hooray for MyFitnessPal!

    So proud of you! So w/ you about the experience w/ age. And you are right, unless Im eating right AND exercising I dont lose a darn thing!
