I need a new physical challenge to aspire to

I did a couple months of P90X, but I've grown bored with it. I still do Plyometrics and Yoga.
I spent October preparing for a 45 mile bike ride through the mountains. I finished that up. I still do a long ride per week.
I'm looking for a new challenge to train for.
I can't run. I tried doing C25k but I have an issue with my lower legs that doesn't allow extended running so things like triathlons or a road race or out.
Anyone have any suggestions for physical activities or competitions that I could get into?

crossfit! even if there isn't a crossfit gym near you, you can go on their website and see the workout for the day.0

Aqua-bike. its much like a triathlon but only consists of swimming and biking.0

This might work! I didn't know that there was a race without the running. I've never really been a swimmer so it might be a good winter training challenge for me.0 -
Try running up the staircase in the tallest nearby building. For example, in NYC they have a race up the Empire State Building Steps.
Alternatively,if the leg thing is holding you back, try to do 100 push-ups without stopping. There is a website that will help guide your training. 100 push-up challenge0
