As i started college I went off of my ketosis and started eating around 150g healthy carbs (brown, wheat, rye) a day in order to lift easier. Though I see my waist and belly looking slimmer and slimmer and muscle getting bulkier from the water that the carb adds, my weight loss since then has slowed to really like 5-10 pounds now... and now I suffer from the slowly looking better but slow scale changes syndrome.. How do I overcome the mentality to go totally carbless now just to see scale drop (even tho it will all be water)

I don't think you should go totally carbess just to see the scale go down. I think you should monitor your carb intake and eat them in moderation.0

Carbs are not the enemy, they give your body fuel! Continue with the good, complex, carbs, try getting rid of some fat (unless it's good fats) and add some protein in.
Also, open your diary so we can give you better suggestions.0 -
Don't always listen to the scale...she is not our friend:explode: Most of the time i try to listen to the way my clothes fit me instead. Don't give up...Be Strong!!!0

First off, you lost five pounds already so congrats:flowerforyou:
Take this one day at a time, my motto is I can't do 30 days in 1 day but I CAN get through today.
Depend on a measureing tape instead of the scale, it helps and is a total motivation
Don't be negative, say positive things.
Sometimes when you set big/small goals it makes it seem like a deadline. "I HAVE to be this amount of weight by this amount of time. Which isn't the purpose of a goal. A goal is to keep you looking ahead and not giving up and quitting. If you haven't reached the goal weight you wanted, SO WHAT? You are still moving forward. You will get there soon enough. Look back on your smll victories and realize how far you have come. You CAN do it! And you are WORTH it!
GOOD LUCK0
