:tongue: Hey everyone!!! Just getting to know you out there!! Just wondering what everyone is doing to reach their fitness goals!!

    Hey girl! I am walking 2.5 miles a couple times a week. And I am on day 11 of 30DS and loving it. I'm not really depriving myself of anything I want, just watching my calories and making sure I stay under my MFP goals. I also really watch my sodium intake. How about you?

    Also add extra fiber to your daily intake and drink the water we're supposed to get. :glasses:

    Just signed up for the November 100 Mile Challenge which, in turn, will help me with the mini challenge I'm having with my sisters and a couple of friends.

    I've started swimming again, I was doing it daily for 7 months before I moved, it's good to get back int he water. I'm no expert by any means but I do lengths and some aqua-fit / aquacize type activities if the pool isn't crowded (had it to myself over the weekend)

    I'm making sure to keep a lot of fresh veggies and fruit around at home and at work so I can snack on those when I get hungry. Rasberries, strawberries, apples, carrots, and cucumbers are a few of my favorites. I've also been adding a few minutes to my workout every few days. Of course, I can't keep adding indefinately since I do have kids and a job, but for now it's helping me to increase the duration and effort I put in.

    I have exercise ADHD lol, I am always doing different stuff. My staple is usually a beachbody program, but occasionally ill buy a groupon for a month of bootcamps, like to run... maybe I will do a TRX workout (LOVE THE TRX), and of course lift weights... I just try to stay active as possible. I would probably see bigger gains if i got more scientific but i like what i see in the mirror and and having fun doing it.
