Hello! I am new to this site and am just taking a look around. I love it so far! Does anyone have any beginner's tips they might want to share?

  • drink water, lift weights, do cardio, combine cardio with lifting weights, eat right. NO, YOU WILL NOT get all buff like a guy from lifting some weights. :)

    My goal is to get back to what I consider a healthy weight for me, in a way that fits my lifestyle. I have tried weight watchers before, but am tired of calculating numbers into points and writing every single thing down. Before my wedding I was going crazy with exercise and didn't have enough time for myself. I guess I would like to make a lifestyle change that doesn't make me feel like I am changing who I am to lose the weight.
