I recommend reading this,
ESP for ppl who are not marathoners (and like high protein diets.)
"HIIT"
http://www.askmen.com/sports/bodybuilding_100/135_fitness_tip.html
I just started. I didn't know what I thought day one. But am loosing, and loving it. Plus I can eat more and work out less. And it pushes me to my limits without breaking me. I am thinking now "I can do this!". I am a sprinter type though, like my father.
anyways. Enjoy the reading.
*not meant to offend marathoners, there are more than one type of ppl out there, everyone is allowed to be who they are*

Exercise is goal oriented and HIIT works just like every other exercise out there and for a sprinter, it's a no brainer.0
