    This is my plan :)

    My goal for November was to do 100 miles and the 30 day shred!!

    UPDATE:

    *I finished Day 12 today of the 30DS!! I am starting to like it! (never thought i'd say that!!)

    *Been slacking on my running this month!! THERE ARE NO EXCUSES ...except... :) I lost my gym membership, it's dark outside when I get home and I'm afraid of the dark (but getting reflector tape soon!), and it was raining for several days that I missed some long running weekends!! (and i've actually been - kind of - studying!)

    BUT LIKE I SAID - NO EXCUSES!!

    *SO THIS IS MY PLAN:

    October - goal was 100 miles - but I did 116 total !!

    November - goal is 100 miles - at 33 right now (November 18th)

    I'm going to say those extra 16 miles in October are going to roll into the month of November :):):) - - - so basically, I have 49 miles ....haha I can do that right???lol

    ***About 50 miles to go - in 12 days. (end of Nov.)***

    to be realistic - 10 days of running. (will not be able to Thanksgiving day because of traveling reasons and 1 rest day)

    This = 5 miles a day for 10 days!! ..... I CAN TOTALLY DO THIS!!!

    *THE END RESULTS:

    200 miles in October and November combined!!

    Complete my 30 days of rockin' out with Jillian Michael's for the 30DS!!

    How's the plan sound?!??!! I need the support cause I'd like to meet these goals!
