Quick 10 Minute Workout

A girl I know from high school was on the Dr Oz show today along with Tony Horton. They made a quick, 10 minute workout video while on the show, and she said "share away!" so here it is if anyone wants to check it out and needs something quick to fit into your busy day. She, like many of us, started very overweight and has lost 150 pounds over the past couple years, and is now a Beachbody coach!

    No idea. I haven't tried it yet, but it'll vary based on person. Your best bet is to get a heart rate monitor.

    Hehe I can't either. I still do them the "girly" way :P Or leaning against a wall.
