Anyone know how to make veggie chips?

Heya! Does anyone know how to make veggie chips, the kind like this: http://jasm5.wordpress.com/2010/05/12/chips/ ?

The ones I buy in the store are expensive - I'd love to make my own at home, more cost-effectively and maybe with a little less oil... has anyone done this?

But I haven't found them to be expensive at the store. If you buy it at costco you can get a huge bag for like 4$

Thanks guys! :D I've tried making the oven ones and mine came out soggy too - that must just take practice, I'll try again. :) I've heard there's a special veggie cutter thing that may help with getting the right width..

I LOVE cale chips! :D I make those with mustard greens sometimes, too - they're spicier, pretty good! :)

@echiendl, do you remember the brand of chips you buy at CostCo? I'll try to scout those out, too... the ones I've bought are more like $8 for a smaller plastic container. I thought surely they had to be available cheaper somewhere!
