30 Days To Start A New Habit!!

Hi Everyone!

Today is the 1st of November (or perhaps not just yet, depending on where you are in the world!?) :)

There are 30 days in November... which apparently is the same amount of days it takes to start a habit

as of today i've started Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, i figure its going to be a lot easier to keep track of where i'm at with my 30 days!

I'm also going to start as part of my new "healthy habits" getting out of bed early every morning and doing my work outs in the morning, and logging every single thing on MFP... no cheating even on weekends!

Perhaps you might want to start your own habit, i figure if i start now it will be well ingrained in time for the holidays! :)

    I'll be doing the same thing!

    Everyday I'm hoping to do as follows:

    Get up before my kids

    Get housework done

    Do at least 30mins of some sort of exercise

    Stay on or just over my cals

    Drink at minimum 6 glasses of water a day

    I CAN DO IT! (Well maybe not up before the kids EVERY day hehe)

    actually it's only 21 days to create a new habit, but 30 really sets it in.

    you can do it. I thought I could never log my food for 21 days and well it's been nearly 100, and I'm still going.
