Hello Ladies! lhurtubise recommended we start a closed group for our team. This will allow us to check in on challenges, questions, or whatever we may want to bring up. YAY! I am so excited about this challenge! I love The BIggest Loser show ... although I have a lot of episodes to catch up on.
For Monday I burned 911 calories. I have step aerobics tonight so hopefully I can add to that number! I am shooting for 1,000 calories burned! Great job everyone! Let's burn it up!0 -

Well that may make 3 of us! I gave in a little to Halloween temptation earlier in the week, but hopefully I will be a too loose a little something for the team. Anyways we are definitely doing well with calories burned! For Thursday I burned 876 calories! I took a advanced step aerobics class and I kept up with the skinny girls! YAY0

I've been holding on to weight this week which is annoying because this hasn't happened to me since August but mother nature calls and the scale is not moving.
Today's my rest day but I did Zumba yesterday and there was a lot of butt shaking. I have been owning that lately and for me the butt shaking turns into thigh and back shaking too :laugh: So it goes. The more I shake the more I lose and I'm having a great time.0 -
Happy Saturday, Everyone! I hope you are having a great start to your weekend. I wanted to update all the numbers I've collected from everyone. I have everyone's starting weights and just to be fair, my starting weight is 231.6. So far calorie burn is looking like this:

Our team total so far this week is 9579 calories! We still have the whole weekend ahead of us and I know we are going to kill it in our workouts.

I burned 460 calories for Friday .... So far today I suck at life! I HAVE to do the 30 day shred though for another challenge so I will report that burn later. Everyone is doing awesome!
Edited to add me weight for this week is 204.2! I lost YAY0 -
30 day Shred complete so add 274 calories burned for Saturday! I plan on hitting the elliptical hard tomorrow so hopefully I can burn a good bit of calories for the team!0

We have 12701 calories so far this week. It's Friday and we have almost beat last week's calorie burn. Even better, since we started this challenge out team has burned 26,470 calories. Great job, ladies! keep up the great work into the weekend!
