1. Just do one level at a time - advance when you feel ready
2. Calories burned depends on the person. Most people who don't have heart rate monitors log it as circuit training, which seems to be pretty accurate

1. You do Level 1 for 10 days, Level 2 for another 10 days and Level three for the last 10 days. You may take longer if you'd like.
2. I am 5'6", about 150 and only burn 180ish calories. I don't do it for the burn, I do it for the weights. I will often go run a lap around my local park after I am done with 30DS just so I feel like I burned some calories.0 -
each level for 10 days is the "plan" .. ive been on level 1 for 15 days and plan on moving up to level two for day 16.
im 5 foot 6, 250lbs and depending on how hard i push myself, i burn between 210 and 250 calories0 -

I'll plan on level 2 at 10 days but see how I feel. Logging it as circuit training gives me about 200cals which feels about right
