How do you log the caloried burned under 30 day shred? How do I work it out?

    Most people use "circuit training, general".

    I strongly recommend buying a heart rate monitor.

    I discovered that I'd been overestimating my calorie use in all of my workouts. :(

    I tried the vid out for the first time last week..level 1 lol.

    All my mussels ached for the next few days! so it must be doing me some good.

    Just finished it. Wow! Firstly I didn't realise what limited flexibility I had. I'm looking foward to seeing that change even if it might take a few rounds with Jillian first! Something about her really makes me enjoy the punching bit!! Great work out though. Will logg it as i certainly burned but won't eat back all of the cals!
