Glancing in the mirror as I clean the bathroom, I jumped 'what is wrong with my face ?' I turned my face slowly and it happened again, a dent in my cheek.

Cheekbones !

My cheekbones are coming back and sadly I am so use to my rounded face I forgot I ever had them, silly me

My new NSV = cheekbones

Plus lovely husband commented that my had my hips back again, not sure what he means 100% but it was said in a nice way

Because I'm sure your waist is getting smaller, so it'll show off your curves, gotta love their little comments, right? You go, I hear ya on that one (cheekbones!!)... I look at pics now and say wow that double chin is going away, yay!! Love all the NSV moments

i had a similar experience but it was why do i have a red rash under my chin - then i realised that was where a fold was for my double chin i look at that rash with pride as i apply cream to it as i know i now dont have a double chin. also my watch is loose it annoys me all day but then i think im so pleased my watch is loose as this diet is working.. now if only i could get my mother to notice how much weight i have lost!

How did you make your cool chart and get it into your signature?

Thanks It is just an excel chart, I update weekly and upload as a jpg to use as a signature. Very basic and manual but does the job.
