Today, be grateful for one thing. Take two minutes. Right now. Your mom, home, dog or family. Not neccesarily in that order. Feel the pleasure that they have given you. If one of these things strike a negative in you, just focus on the posative things that you are grateful for.

Say "Thank You __________". "I am grateful for you in my life".

Thank you mom. I am grateful for my life

That is so awesome. My mom died when my twin brother and I were 8, so I am touched, and happy, when someone is so close to theirs

I lost my mum 2 years ago, so this is nice... :-)

Make the most of your Mums! They won't always be there. And you'll wish that you had shown her so much more appreciation when she was around.

    Trust me...

Actually I am not that close to my mom. She always treated me different because I did not follow her religion. I always loved her thru it and still do, even if she felt different. With out my mother, I would not be here to experience the time I now get.

I miss my mom too. We had a lot of problems because of her drinking, but I think she did try to do her best most of the time. As I get older I really appreciate how hard things must have been for her.

I am also very thankful for my cat, Mao. I don't know what I would do without him.

Thank you Alexis, Brandyn, Emileigh, and Aaron. My kids. Thank you for being inspirations to me to be a better person, to be the best mom possible, and for showing me what LOVE really is, unconditionally. You are my life and all my dreams come true.
