Help?

I'm a college student and I usually go to the gym everyday and my body is used to eating a constistent amount of calories. Today there was a HUGE snow storm and i really cannot leave my dorm. I'm not sure what do to, I cannot eat the same amount of calories I usually do because i'm not excerising. I don't want to starve either!

    Run the stairs in your dorm. Do lunges in your room. Abs. Push ups. You can burn some calories in your room. :smile:

    HEY! Are you in North Texas b/c I am in your boat right now. DON"T THINK YOU CAN"T WORK OUT!!!! Get on youtube (you probably already have it pulled up lol) and search for cardio workouts. All of billy blanks tae bo is on youtube, along with JIllian Michaels 30 Day Shred (which I did this morning) and yoga, pilates, and just tons of other cardio that requires nothing but your own drive to work out. Look for some things you like, create a workout quickplay list and get to exercising girl!

    Jumping jacks, jump rope, lunges, push-ups or just put some music on and dance your tushy off:bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    Also look for Leslie Sansone's Walking videos! They're great, low impact, and don't require much room!
