Question about excersizes !

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has the same problem, or has had it, or knows someone who did!
Becuase of my weight and genetics, my sciatic nerve on my right side is pinched.
This means pain, every day all day, from my back to my ankle on my right side.
This prevents me from a lot of hard excersizes as I can't bend proberly, or do a lot of moves.
It also prevents me from being able to sit or be in a position with my leg at a 90 degree angle with my body (like sitting with your legs flat and stright infront of you, or a lot of excersizes on the ground with your legs raised in the air)
Any tips of things that are good but low impact for the back?
